In February, I took my parents out for my father's 80th birthday and had an amazing time. They do not eat out much so I really hoped for a memorable visit and Heck's Avon delivered! Each of our entrees and two appetizers were amazing and they surprised my father with a piece of cake and ice cream! Our server was so kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. Additionally, I wanted to offer a extra special thank you to Mariel. Today, she worked with me over the phone about a unique delivery order for my Mom's birthday. She truly went above and beyond and was so patient with me, following up with all my questions. Thank you Mariel & Heck's Team!
We come here nearly every Friday and always request Pamela! We just adore her. She is so sweet with our toddler and remembers her by name (and her order) every time! The food is always great and consistent and we can’t come without getting the buffalo cauliflower. Thank you Pamela for your fantastic service and making Heck’s feel like home away from home for us!!!
This establishment offers a consistently solid dining experience. The bartenders and servers are enthusiastic and pleasant. The burgers are outstanding. The plain Hecks salad is excellent and a half order feeds two, when accompanied by other dishes. All the windows make it bright and festive. The tables have seen better days, but everything is comfortable. Highly recommend!

The service here was very good and attentive. The food was good and all the table liked their meals. My burger was dry and disappointing but would definitely try again. I loved the espresso at the end!
First time in at the new location, super cute atmosphere! We had a nice dinner and our server Maggie was exceptional. She’s was lovely, bubbly and knowledgeable about the menu. She suggested the burgers and they did not disappoint. Will be back in the near future! 5 stars!!!
This past weekend we were seeing a show in downtown Cleveland and thinking about a great place to stop and get a snack. Our daughter reminded us of hex in Avon and how good it was and how it was always been a great stop. We enjoyed five different cocktails appetizers that we shared. We had the dumplings the calamari Andy buffalo cauliflower... The cauliflower is always a huge win. People that have never been there before always enjoy how much it tastes like buffalo wings. But yet it's still cauliflower. We had four different types of burgers a shrimp dish and the tuna. All were excellent
The food was delicious and our server Caitlin was amazing!! We just stopped for an after-shopping snack, and enjoyed the Brie, Brussels, potstickers and wine!! Yum! The new Heck’s is beautiful and refined compared to the place it has replaced! Go there!
